Mears recently commended Mathew Rubenstein at the Georgia
Public Defender Standards' first training for new attorneys.
Rubenstein, who also presented at the training, graciously
accepted the award with his family.
The
Clarence Darrow Courage Award was presented to Matthew Rubenstein
in recognition of his professionalism and courageous display
of integrity on behalf of his clients.
