This
January over 200 attorneys from across the State attended
a week-long training at Jekyll Island. Attorneys began
the week with conference style lectures on topics ranging
from the role of the public defender to preliminary hearings.
Attendees were then able to work in small group sessions
on subjects such as preliminary hearings, search & seizure
and litigation.
