welcomed Georgia's Lieutenant Governor Mark Taylor to the
grand opening of the new Alapaha Judicial Circuit Public
Defender Office in Nashville, Georgia. In a brief speech,
Taylor told those attending the event that Georgia's statewide
indigent defense system was intended to, "promote a just
state where citizens can have confidence in their judicial
system".
